Not so surprising when you think of all the challenges we face every day: high workload, changing circumstances, restructuring, new systems and procedures, new legislation. Dealing with these challenges requires energy. Sometimes too much energy….
Chronic stress can lead to burnout, resulting in a flat battery or even one that breaks down.
Resilient employees are therefore an absolute must in any organization.This track takes you into the world of stress, its effects on yourself, colleagues, the company, recognizing the symptoms, tools to prevent temporary or permanent failure and especially how to form resilient employees.
These tracks consist of individual coaching sessions of 2 hours with or without a horse.
The process is offered in different packages, starting from 1 session, up to packages of 10, 25 or 50 sessions, depending on the number of people and the desired intensity of the coaching process. We will gladly discuss the number of sessions together, taking into account the needs and desired goals of your organization. A package can also consist of a mix of Change, Vitality and Leadership coaching sessions.
